If you or someone you know are in immediate danger, please call 911.

If you or a loved one are in distress and thinking of suicide, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline for free and confidential 24/7 support, information, and resources. You are not alone.

Call the Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL) for immediate access to routine or crisis services. GCAL is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to help you or someone you care for in a crisis.

Call the AA World Services line for general information about Alcoholics Anonymous and its mission to support people seeking recovery from alcohol addiction. You can use the tools on the AA website (or download the app) to find listings for local AA meetings.

Call the DBSA information line to learn more about how to connect to support groups and other resources for people with depression or bipolar disorder.

Contact GriefShare to learn more about their mission to connect people who are grieving with one another. You can use their website to find or start local groups or meetings.

Are you a victim of abuse or know someone who is? Call the National Domestic Violence Hotline for free help 24 hours a day.

If you or someone you know is a victim of human trafficking, call the National Human Trafficking Hotline for help. They can provide emotional support while giving you information and resources.

Call the NIMH Information Resource Center for information about mental health conditions and updates on the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research.

Call the YouthLine hotline or text teen2teen to 839863 to receive teen-to-teen crisis support during select hours and help from adults at all other times.
